I have been giving The Work of Byron Katie – workshops for several years and after each one, people would approach to tell me how it helped them just to listen to the session that I did with somebody else.
Mind is universal. Our insights are universal. People suffer from the same ‘ailments’ like wanting to be seen as good, wanting to be liked and loved, being afraid to say no, being afraid of loneliness, having fear of losing another person, fear of losing control, etc. When you get to know yourself better, you realize that all of humanity lives inside you and you have everything in you to a lesser or greater extent.
So thus, I created this format of working in small groups counting maximum 5 people per group. It works like this:
- We meet online once per week, for an hour and a half.
- We do the Work of Byron Katie (each week a different member does the Work with me while others quietly listen and do their own inner Work on the given topic)
- We process and dissolve bodily pain in a conscious manner
- At the end of each session, we do a deep, Self-revealing meditation
The group is designed to speed up your evolution, to clear the inner clutter of those self-sabotaging thoughts and to reveal the shining diamond that your true Self really is. Also, you get the support in the group from people who are also on this awakening journey and who will understand what you might be going through.
The price for the group work is based on a sliding scale. Suggested donation – anything between 30-100 euros per month.
